COURT ESTABLISHES NEW UNLAWFUL DETAINER ADVISORY CLINIC HOTLINE
The Superior Court of Solano County is pleased to announce that beginning October 17, 2011, a new Unlawful Detainer Advisory Clinic Hotline (UD Clinic) will be operational at the Fairfield and Vallejo Courthouses.
The advisory services, available to both landlords and tenants, will be provided by telephone by licensed attorneys and supervised legal interns who will assist in resolving landlord-tenant problems informally and will function as an alternative to more formal court proceedings.
The UD Clinic advisory services hotline telephone stations will be available at both the Fairfield and Vallejo courthouses. In Fairfield, the UD Clinic hotline station will be located in the Hall of Justice, Second Floor, 600 Union Avenue, Fairfield, outside the Civil Division Clerk's Office. In Vallejo, the UD Clinic hotline station will be located on the main floor of the Solano Justice Center, 321 Tuolumne Street, Vallejo, down the hall from the Civil Clerk's Office. To speak with an advisor, just pick up the phone and you will be connected automatically.
Funds for this program are made possible through Dispute Resolution Program Act funding.
